Dear Sir….this is the pathetic condition of the Zig Zag street in front of SBI Regional office wherein the street lights are not working since last 15 to 20 days… despite repetitive verbal request, ASEB people are passing on the responsibility upon the Municipal board stating that the electricity bill for the same has not been paid yet. Upon enquiry with the municipal board, they just say that DC Sir could do something…pls see if anything can be done or Please let me know the proper forum wherein a formal complaint can be lodged…thanks..CA Aakash Agarwalla… A resident of Zig Zag Road, Dibrugarh.
